Well I am a revert (convert some may say) I was a christian. What faith or religion mean to me?? Hmmm... It is a way of life. I feel that I was commanded by God to pray five times a day, I was commanded to cover myself so I am known and not annoyed, I am to be kind to others (regardless of race and religion) I am to honor and love thy parents, care for the elderly. This could go on for hours. What my faith means to me is to please my Creator and follow his laws. Who am I to question these things. My faith is not only that it is a true way of life. My life revolves around my religion.

They are two very different things. You can have faith (spirituality or some other belief) without a formal religion. Religions are cash-based, & brainwashing is important to their cash flow. Explored several different religions....agnostic now. I don't think you really need the rest of the personal info for this question.

Faith is believing in a higher being someone that will help you spiritually everyday and in every moment of life.
Religion is an institution created by men in order to control the population and set rules.

I'm an Asian male Christian who is 15 and a high school student. My faith to me, is the meaning of my life. Without my God, people would just die and be born over and over again, and we would have absolutely no reason for being born in the first place. All the knowledge and civilization of mankind will eventually pass away, and even the Sun will blow up in 5 billion years. But with my God who loves me, my mission is to spread his love and grace and to serve his kingdom with whatever talents and qualities I have. What's more, he accepts me for who I am, and I have the assurance of one day reigning in Heaven with him. You really don't know how great it is or how much sense it makes until you believe it. faith well.. faith is to believe.. to have faith in ur religion, is to believe in ur religion. something like that, i cant really explain. believe, follow and stay true to your religion increases ur faith in it. i hope u get it.
as for religion.. its religion.. follow your God that has given u a Prophet to instruct u and given u a holy book on which to follow for those who are unable to live in the times of the prophet. i dunno how to explain this either. sorry i was of no help.. but i do hope it helped a bit. i could talk on and on about this.. maybe we can chat sometime. i'd gladly answer
