I bet you do have red spots. They vaccumed your face, and the skin doesn't really like that kind of treatment. Yes, it will fade over the next few days, likely tomorrow it will look much less irritated. A good astringent lotion or witch hazel will sooth the skin in the meantime. You can get both at the store, the astringent over where the acne products are and the witch hazel over by the rubbing alcohol. The witch hazel is cheaper and works at least as well. Put it in the fridge to keep chilled and apply with a clean cotton wipe (like used to remove makeup) or a cotton ball, a couple times a day. Its a good thing to use anyway, to clean your face everyday. Rubbing with ice is not a good habit because it tend to discourage blood supply that you need to help heal the skin. It may feel good temporarily, but try to get the witch hazel in the meantime.

Rubbing ice might help. Just wait til the morning and they will go away. Just takes a little time. Wash face with soft cleanser and use some mild astringent to close your pores.

Good luck. You'll be okay tomorrow. Glad you had that done. I bet you feel better mentally.
