6 billion tiny little human beings, living on a tiny little rock in an enormous universe that exists of probably billions and billions more of those little rocks.....Isn't it highly amusing to see how those 6 billion tiny little human beings fight over what or who created that universe?

You think that somewhere on a grain of sand, at some enormous beach in the Pacific, there are 6 billion bacterias fighting over what or who created that beach?

And on that grain of sand is a place those bacteria call a beach, and right now one of them has thought of this wonderful metaphor...

Is it pathetic to fight over? Yeah. Is it pathetic to think about? No way. Why would it be? Human beings naturally want to know where they came from; it's an intriguing subject that you can discuss for hours and hours. It's not anything worth killing each other over, but that doesn't mean that it's not worth discussing.

The only reason those "bacterias" aren't "fighting" about where they came from is that they're not advanced enough to care. If they were, they'd probably be debating on sites like these, too.

I don’t see a question, but well spoken. And also these intellectual mammals called “man” should humble themselves and not think they are something special. Some of these hypocrites even believe they’re so great that they’re going to “judge angels”. Oh please, give me a break! Fortunately the Hubble telescope will silence some of those primitives.

It is not a matter of amusement - it matters...
What you believe and your faith determines your eternal life.

No bacteria on a grain of sand is not the equivalent of 6 billion human lives - not to God either.

good thought....

but i would contend that this world, this planet, this tiny speck amongst the billions of stars and galaxies is incredibly awesomely mind-bogglingly unique for it is here that God, the creator, created man in His own image and it is here that the Son of God came and laid down His life for those 6 billion tiny little specks of matter.

amazing!..... but true!!!

god bless!!

Yeah, but we're special - well, some of us are. Shoot, they're all wrong and crazy but you and me - and I wonder about you! I guess when you look at it that way, we really have to cling to thinking that we're special, the only special ones at all, to be able to imagine that sort of immensity, eh?

Yup, VERY pathetic in fact. But that's how the world is, if you have a plan on how to stop this, then tell me and I'm in.
