can i lose weight by eating sandwiches everyday

The best thing anyone can do to loose weight is to not eat any processed grains. BREAD is an example of a processed grain. The best way for you to loose weight, would be to only eat vege's, fruit, dairy, and meat!

So this would also mean that you CANNOT eat pasta, breads, cereals or potato! - these foods, are high carbohydrate foods... with little nurtional value (in otherwords they are foods without high levels of vitamins and minerals, which is what your body craves! Furthermore, veges and fruits contain antioxidants which protect your body from aging, and enzymes which help chemical processes in your body.)

If it is too hard for you to stop eating such foods, then go WHOLEGRAIN/WHOLEMEAL breads, pasta's and cereals, fortified with vitamins and minerals.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

It's likely that your weight loss might slow down if you start eating alot more for lunch, as what you are currently eating doesn't have a very big calorie count. The cheese and mayo are quite high in fat and calories but in small doses would be okay. Maybe have that once or twice a week and have plain salad sandwiches with some low fat mayo the rest??

Here's the deal: if you take something out of your diet, you're going to lose weight. Not too hard to realize.

However, you do have to realize that only eating sandwiches is terrible for your nutrition. Try eating salads. Try eating balanced meals.

Don't just cut out nutrition because you're afraid of calories. So many people are afraid to eat too many calories so all nutrition is cut out of the diet.

EAT WELL and exercise.

Weight loss is a whole lifestyle change, not just a little change.

Haven't you seen all the ads that Subway has run for the past 5 years or more? Jared lost a ton of weight just eating sandwiches. You could be the next Subway person.

I saw that it was on the bread wrapper. It is called control portions. Take two pieces of bread for breakfast, one egg and one slice of bacon and make a sandwich. That way you don't eat to much. For lunch do the same and afternoon and night.
Just this bread which was 70 calories a slice and whole grain.
With thin meat slices and all kinds of veggies like lettuce tomato pickle, onion. Reminded me of the Jared submarine sandwich diet. You get 4 sandwitches of around 300 calories each.

24 ounces of grapefruit juice a day (three 8oz glasses).

This will help you loose 4 lbs every 12 weeks...

I have lost weight using this method.

If you are looking for a fast solution this is not it...but it is easy, effective and beneficial in more ways than one. Besides getting lots of vitamin c, you will loose weight gradually, which means you won't have permanent flab to endure or have removed surgically.
This information I have obtained through an article in Men’s Health Magazine.

I wrote this next article to a gal on yahoo answers forum in an email:

Basically I just took the article I read in line at the market in Men's Health Magazine for what it was worth...face value..three 8 ounce glasses each day...no matter what kind or when....I can relate some stuff to avoid through experience...the stuff you might find in the can that you have to add water to thats frozen (called pink grapefruit juice)...avoid it...it's very bitter and not paletable at all...the best kind is the stuff in the half gallon carton in the refrigerated section of the supermarket...get Sunnyside Farms if you can...it's ruby red grapefruit juice from concentrate...but it's not too expensive...only about $2.50 a half gallon...some stores like Safeway only sell the squeezed stuff (ruby red as well) and it can get pricey...like $4.50+ a half gallon *shudders*....thats cool in a pinch...but I wouldn't stock up on it...grapefruit juice basically carmatizes your digestive system (makes things right) and supresses appetite in a manner that is beneficial/acceptable to the human condition in my experience/opinion...but that doesn't mean one needs to throw common sense out the window and continue to eat things like burgers etc. in excessive amounts...try to eat lighter...with grapefruit juice you will find this can be accomplished in a comfortable manner...I would suggest to drink as much of the stuff as you can (over 24 ounces per day if you feel comfortable with it)...this is one case where it seems more is better....good luck..

yes you can!
i've done it,

i lost 4 pounds in a week just by sandwiches, eat turkey or chicken sandwiches with lots of tomato and letuce

use wheat bread and don't drink soda with it,
have a little snack every 4 hours (like an apple, orange, protein bar)

and drink water and milk
it's easy, i lots hela weight i'm absolutly sure you will too :)

The subway guy did. Go to the Subway website, they use to have the sandwiches that you can eat everyday to lose weight.

You can loose weight by diet and excersise. As long as you excersise for at least 30 minutes a day and eat healthy your loose weight healthy
