no, I don't think so. If there is no reason for you to "change" your feelings they will always remain in the back of your mind, so to speak. You need to ask yourself if there is any real change of being with this person or not. If there is no hope, perhaps you need to just acknowledge your feeling and then let them go, that way you can move on and be open to a new and more receptive relationship. If there is hope....what are you waiting for...make some kind of contact with them and let them know how you feel (maybe they feel the same about you but both are too uncomfortable to share true feelings - go for it!)

No, but only if both partners really put effort in their relationship. I do believe that it may fade a bit but that's why you have to have date night in order to have that one on one time and just enjoy each others company and not have to worry about other things.
