SP2 Problems?

Okay, so, I've turned my Firewall off after installing SP2. And I still can't download anything. Anything that I try to download, it automatically freezes and stops. It won't download ANYTHING. Bleh, can anyone tell me what to do?

Is this from all sites or from download programs such as limewire. After installing did you go back to windows update and do all the new critical updates and maybe the optional ones. Try that should work fine after that. Plus I have windows firewall running plus one called ashampoo and have no problems downloading.
