Your dog doesn't have the conscience mind and will to choose right and wrong; they live by instinct;they are not human; Jesus in his sermon stated that God provides for the needs of his animals ; your dog can't repent b/c he has never made the thought process to know good from evil in order to make the wrong choice as humans do; repentance is for human species not the animal species; He does not need to repent b/c he already has a guaranteed place in heaven.

Sorry. Faith is not something a dog is cognisent of. Baptism is a choice a follower makes to commit him/herself to dedicate themselves in following the ways of Jesus Christ, baptism does not save souls. You should first be saved, and then make the committment.
Sorry, no dogs in heaven. Some things are meant strictly as a gift for while we're bound to Earth.

No true religion will keep ANY of God's creatures out of heaven. If they tell you your pet will not go to heaven, then you know they are not representing a true religion

Ever seen the movie "All Dogs Go To Heaven"? I did, when I was really little. It's true. No worries for Sammy- all dogs DO go to heaven. (After all, isn't "dog" "God" spelled backwards?)
~Cathryn~
PS: to "kat i" Dogs are very intelligent. Trust me, they are.

I'm not sure where dogs go. I'm not even sure there's a heaven for us. (Please don't condemn me for expressing my belief, or lack there of.)
I just hope that I can meet up with my Sam and my Maverick again someday.
It is a comforting thought that they are somewhere waiting for us though. It helps the grieving process tremendously...
