Why? how do I stop it? Even after he is taken outside to go potty, he would come back in and maybe 15 minutes later, he would spray a little on bed, or legs of chair, etc. How do I stop?!

If he pees in the house, then he isn't completely housebroken. First you need to get rid of the "scent" on wherever he has peed. I mean wherever and everywhere. Use Nature's Miracle on the floor, couch/chair legs and even on rugs if he has peed there. For a small dog like a dashshund, there are "belly bands" It wraps around his belly and his penis. You usually put some kind of pad in it to absorb the urine, if any. You can find them in most pet stores, and they may have a different name. I used on on my male dog, and it worked for me. When I would take it off, and it was dry, I would praise him and make a big fuss that it was dry. When it was wet, I would act very upset that it was wet. I was upset at what he did, not the dog. And my dog learned very quickly that a wet belly band did not make me happy, and a dry one did. I would take him out often. Every half hour...then an hour and the time between taking him outside got longer and longer. Partialy because he got older and was able to hold it longer. Your dog is still a puppy, and his bladder is not very big yet and he can't hold it for long. The older he gets, the more control he will have. Keep to a pretty rigid schedule, and when he is good, praise him, reward him and make a big fuss about going outside. He wil learn, give it some time. And don't forget to use the Nature's Miracle on everything he has peed on. You have to get his scent out or he will continue to pee there.

well, it sounds like maybe he isn't full house-broken. Or maybe he has a problem with completely emptying out his bladder. That is a medical problem that can be fixed by taking him to the vet. It wouldn't hurt to have it checked out. You could also try a spray that you can find at pet stores for pets that go in the house.
