well, I guess I must answer this question since I'm Chinese. Cantonese is my mother tongue.

saying "hello lala, what's in your locker" with Chinese (Cantonese) accent will be like "ha-lo lala, wats in your locka"
and with Mandarin accent, it'll be like, "ha-lo lala, watz in-e you-a lockar"

Chinese can't pronounce R. Therefore, they would say hello lala, whats in your lockel.

On the other hand, Japanese can't pronounce L. Therefore, Japanese would say, hello Rara, whats in your rocker.

Im just wondering how it would be like when a Japanese talks to a Chinese?

Yes, the average Joes will provide you with hours of entertainment with their verbal prenounciations. But not all are bad. Only the Cantonese and southern dialects speakers have problem with the "R". The mandarin speakers can speak perfect english with a little practice.
