Make sure she knows that its for ADULTS ONLY, and that it was a simple mistake that she saw it - whether it was your fault and you own up to the mistake, or really just an unfortunate accident.
Let her know that children never do those kinds of things - we dont want some adult manipulating her.

Well first of all, how did she find it?? But if she still talks about it, just... have the 'talk' just not TOO intense. Just say something like, When a mommy and a daddy love eachother very much... it's not like she knew what it was.... I hope not, at least. But is she dosn't talk about it. Don't bring it up

Just don't talk about it unless she brings it up or if she seems disturbed and worried by it. If you don't bring it up, she will forget it. Try to pay extra attention to what you leave lying around.
