She has been seen with him around the tracks all year (and not just because she works for him:). Voicing his opinion about the relationship and more specifically, Ray's inattention to the other teams, is what got Jeremy Mayfield fired. Also, she was with him at the banquet. To quote Todd Bodine, "They fell in love. It happens."
Remains to be seen if this is a good career move for her. Ray could help her a lot, but she is now going to have to prove herself to other drivers and fans even more. (not fair, but true)

Yes they are living together now. As other posters have mentioned the relationship was confirmed by other drivers. Evernham and his wife are divorcing due to his affair with Crocker.

yes, she is. they are always together on top of Kasey Kahne's pit box and she was with Ray at the Awards Ceremony.
