I have heard people pronounce Muay Thai various ways.. and this is from all people at the same gym that have been there for years, and was just wondering what the correct pronounciation was or how mojority of people say it...
I have heard it pronounced as..
Moo thai (as in moo like a cow makes),
Moi thai (as in rhyming with soy (milk) or koi (japanese fish))
Mow thai (as in lawn mower) ,
Mow Thai (as in ryming with cow)
Mowie Thai ( as in ryming with Bowie (e.g. david bowie)...

I pronounce it as Moi.. how do you?

Moo-way Tie or Moo-ee Tie not 100% certain which is the exact pronouncement.
But both are very acceptable.

I always pronounce it as Muay; Moo (like the moo of a cow), (and a double lower case e) {pronounced together as: Moo-ee} and Thai; (tie) like to tie a knot
