Hi. You haven't given us any information about height or weight, so it's hard to say. But if your parents think there might be a problem, I'd *strongly* recommend that you search the web for "body mass index" and find a "body mass index" calculator that you like. Enter your height and weight, and it will give you a number. If the number is under 18.5 then you are, indeed, underweight. Most people don't have a realistic self-image when it comes to body weight, so if your parents and the body mass index numbers agree, you really should reconsider whether or not you are fooling yourself. But, if your BMI is in the "normal" range, I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

How much do you weigh and how tall are you? My sister is 5' 10'' and weighs 130lbs and me being her twin am too. Except I am 5' 8'' and weigh 120 lbs. They all think we are anorexic but I don't think we are.
Find your BMI and then you will know!

Try to eat in a healthy way and make sure they watch you do it. Ask them why they are concerned and do what you can to reassure them that this is not the case.

well there must be some kind of reason wht they think that but if your not tell them and im sure you have already but if your skinny and dont eat much they have reason to think that. what you do is eat more around them i guess or tell a school counselor about it.

Are you really not anorexic, or are you just in denial about it?

I guess I would ask you - why do they think this way? Go and talk to them - do you not eat anything at dinner or when you are around them?

If you're not, you're not. Don't let what anyone else thinks affect your daily life, mood, thoughts, etc. Simply explain that they are wrong and that all that really matters is that you and God know you're fine.

Eat...stop losing weight...put on some weight if you are too thin...let your parents see you eating healthily and a decent amount (and no purging)...
