my friends all talk about grinding, and my friend is having this really HUGE party and just in case someone asks, i dont want to look like a retard, so how do u grind?

You shouldn't concern yourself with what everyone else is doing, especially when you know that they aren't thinking about the conciquence of their actions. I'm sorry to be the party pooper but you should by NO means, do that grinding dance. I'm not 100% sure what it is, but the name is pretty self-explanetory. You and most other girls can do it without getting to "exited" but boys, on the other hand, have less self control and mature later than girls. They are likely to want to take things further after "grinding" because their "you know what's" will start clouding their judgement!

Unless you are a regular dancer who has the ability to move sexy-like it will look "retarded" and painfully awkward.
I know I'll sound like a prude but...
Respect yourself...PLEASE!... don't be doing slutty mixed message 'dance' moves unless you want everyone to think certain things about you... Labels stick, most often for life... don't start that...There are plenty of other dance moves that look cool and are fun to do.
Ladies don't grind... strippers do it, because they do it so well.... (I'm thinking you aren't a stripper.)
It's fine if you are in a mature relationship and you do it in the privacy of your own home...for fun....otherwise it looks ridiculous whoever does it unless they are a professional, only then do they do it with some style or athleticism.
If your friends can do it well.... let them, they'll get the labels.
But if you are bent on doing the grind just watch, observe and practise at home in front of a large mirror.

You slowly move your *** against the guy's thing and slowly or quickly move your body up and down him as if he was a waterfall that you were taking a shower in and you were moving up and down it to get every spot of dirt off of you. ok its kinda simple. all you do is come up to a person and basicly rub your body against them. if you don't get it, when ur at the party, say you need a drink. while drinking, watch everyone else 2 see wat they r doing!!
