Sure. Maybe she'll find the time to have some fun.

I tried that, we were 100% on match.com and I was attracted to her. She worked 4 12 hour days and was working on her masters degree.
We went out. 6 hours went by very fast. I really liked her and e-mailed and called and she never called me back.
so no dont waste time with super busy women.

Ask her out. If she wants to date you, I assure you, she will find the time. If not - then her "I'm too busy" line is just a nice way to say "I'm not interested".

No don't do it. No one is ever TOO BUSY. She is just making excuses. She is NOT interested in you. Move on. There are plenty of women out there and don't forget that!

It would not hurt to try, but maybe you ought to check first and see if her busy life has any place for you

If someone is interested enough, trust me they will make the time. How do you know she is too busy anyway?
