I don't care if it's cardio or weightlifiting. My stomach is almost flat, but there's a big of-- yuck poking out. How do you get rid of it?

I'm 17, 5'10 and 185 pounds, by the way.
Thanks.

The answer is basically a Generic one. Start off by Setting up a time diring the day to set aside for Excercise, and make sure you keep that same schedual every day. A basic excersise would include at least 5 of the following:
-Crunches/Sit ups (prefferably sit-ups)
-lunges
-Mountain Climbers
and
-Jogging

The rason why I say at least 5 is b/c you start off with five and increase every day (Ex: Day 1:5times, Day 2:10 times) Remenber to allways go by five everyday. Don't forget, productive weight loss dosn't include just excersise, You have to make sure you are eating right too. Well thats all the help i can give you for now. I wish you the best

If what is sticking out if fat (no nice way to say it) the only way to get rid of it is to lower your overall body fat. You cannot target one specific area to loose fat. You could do crunches and other abb exercises all day and have amazing abbs but you will never see them if they are covered by a layer of flab.
