Often, people have mixed breed dogs tails docked if one of the parents was a purebred that had a docked tail. Without a picture (you can post a link to photobucket) no one can make a decent guess - but neither Doberman Pinschers nor Miniature Pinschers (again, no such thing as a 'Mini Doberman' both of the above breeds were developed seperately from the German Pinscher, not from each other - sheesh!) have any white on them, and there are other breeds with a black & tan pattern (Dachshunds, Rottweilers, etc) and other breeds with black, tan & white (Bernese Mountain Dogs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, etc), which you can see at www.akc.org - but any guess even with a picture is pure speculation. So, just enjoy your unique friend!

A vet can usually tell you what breed it is... some times even at a pet store.

Go on the AKC website and look at pictures of all the different breeds of dog. If you can't tell, then ask your vet. (You have a vet, right?) If you aren't sure though, you most likely have a mixed breed dog.

Doberman Pincher. They do not have white. Most likely a mix.
There are NOT Mini Dobermans. There are Miniture Pinchers. They are NOT Dobermans.

Have you brought your dog to the vet? Try asking there. They usually have a pretty good idea.

Your answer must be MUCH more detailed e.g. exact size, length of legs, where the specific colour are, tempermant, coat length, and ears
This way u will get much better answers!!!
