Runescape is a fantastic fantasy rpg for an 11 year old, and is a great start if you want to go on to something even better

Google has a great section of games like pacman and such. Don't need to download, you can play them right on the screens.
Got the 11y/o covered.
Now hows about you.....I got plent y of sex games that don't need down loading......just getting down....

go to pogo or popcap, free games of all kinds and 100% free.
For an 11 year old popcap may be better as pogo has chat right with the game.
