I have the sweetest most caring, loving, adorable boyfriend in the world. he just makes me laugh and i know it's something special when i still, after a couple of months, get butterflies when he just puts his arm around me you know? however, i have tons going on in my life, so many things that demand my time and i do not know what to do! it's not even like i spend a lot of time with him anyways because im always crunched for time. i end up talking to him on my cell phone at midnight, when im dead exhausted. it's not fair for him you know? so.. what should i do?

You should try to spend time with him only when it's convenient for you both. Try to negotiate some definite time for you during the week to be together. It's unromantic, I know, but it could really help.
