I "thought" it was xenophile, but when I just looked that up, the dictionary says that a xenophile is somebody who likes foreigners.

The correct term is oenophile (US spelling = enophile).

A sommelier is the title of the job of a person who serves wine in a resaurant -- while it is likely that he/she likes wine, its is not what the word sommelier means.

It is oenophile or enophile. Too funny about thinking it was a xenophile!

We affectionately call ourselves winos. But a proper term is probably "wine afficianado."
