What makes you think that? Didn't this god creature take 40 years to lead them to the only spot in the middle east where there isn't a drop of oil. You would think a god would know it was there.

For ignorant people such as yourself, crucifixion was a purely ROMAN practice. R-o-m-a-n, not J-e-w-i-s-h! At best, three Jews (Judas, Annas, and Caiaphas) were somewhat responsible for Jesus' death. God likes Jews because they have faithfully served Him for around 4,000 years.

That passage was symbolism, pure and simple. The man the mob chose was named 'Barabbas'. In Aramaic (Jesus' native tongue), 'Bar abbas' means "Son of the Father" - Jesus referred to Himself as the Son, and God His Father. It meant that Jesus was soon going to be freed from His physical body.

Because thay are his chosen people in the old testament. God loves everyone because we are all children of God and he wants us all to be saved.
