This puppy was brought there by a nurse or doctor from Calgary Alberta and I am trying to adopt her and bring her back to Canada. It seems legit but they want the money first and I can't sent money without the pup first. I have no guarantee but am desperate. She has sent me pics of the pup and she seems nice but how can I tell if this is not just another scam?

DO NOT SEND MONEY!!!!! It is a scam I have ran across the same person that has a Yorkie that wants someone to adopt it and the adoption is free and you only have to pay for the shipping,,, I have got many emails from this person asking me personal question like my address and phone number,,, I keep asking them to send the puppy C.O.D. and they seem to not know what that is and is just acting like they dont know what that is so please dont do this you will be sending money and not get a puppy,,, They have these ads all over Craigslist.org and the ad is like you can come and pick the puppy up untill you get the email and then they tell you that they got called on a mission and had to go so they had to take the puppy with them,,, THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is a scam. Do not send them any money and do not correspond with them any longer. Thank heavens you smelled a rat before you sent the money.

Perhaps you could agree with them on an escrow service. If they don't want to do that it's a sign that it could be a scam.
