They make a solution that you can take to get rid of cravings and they make another that you can apply to healthy foods but make them taste like some of your favorite sweets but thats not the question.

Eating your daily need of fibers for the day before you eat sweets will make your body absorbe a lot less of the sweets you dont want going into your system. Making sure you eat plenty of food slowly and drinking plenty of water at least 30 minutes before you decide to give into any cravings will help your body know you are full and dont need sweets.

Fruits like apples and bananas, dairy products like milk and yogurt, flavored bread like banana or rasin bread, all different types of meat, stemed vegitables, etc. are all example of delicious snacks to replace sweets with. The more your body is exposed to these healthy foods the less it will crave sweets and you will have a more healthy standard for what is sweet and what is not.

I wish you the best of luck and wya to be pro-active!

I have the exact same problem. Well eating less and less sweets really help, but yes, where to start. granny smith apples offer that nice tang and sweetness to keep you satisfied, bananas are good too, a small high protein snack is good too, also, fill up on food food so you will know that its just a craving and not hunger. Drink lots of water before you have any sweets too, many times that helps. and if worse comes to worse, only aloow yourself a small piece of dark chocolate(which is also healthy for you, in small amounts)
