There is this boy i've never spoken to and eventhough he has a girlfriend i see him constantly staring at me! Should I approach him about or just ignore him? I want to approach him about it, cause it bothers me , but I kinda sort of think hes cute .HELP!

If he has a girl, IGNORE HIM! There are lot's of cute guys out there, girlfriendless. Think about it how would you feel your guy looking at other girls. And most guys that do this, do this w/ all their girlfriends! Not worth it, waste of time, don't say anything.

Ignore it - he has a girlfriend. You'll only make a fool of yourself if you go up to him. If he likes you, he will break up with the girlfriend and ask you out.
