Dark chocolate is the healthiest type of chocolate. It has the most antioxidants and a little bit goes a long way. If you've tried this type of chocolate and like it it's the best way to make your chocolate fix a healthy one!

Hi....I'm a chocolate lover too!!! A few people have suggested u eat a darker chocolate such as "dark" or "bittersweet." The darker chocolates actually have some health benefit's to them. And, of course, limit ur intake, lol. However, u can go to a health food store & buy some products made out of carob. U can get it in a few forms....powder, chocolate candies to satisfy ur cravings. I have tried it before & it's really not too bad at all. It's much better than the sugarless chocolate!!! Carob is the chocolate substitute for health conscious people. The 411 on CAROB...... Carob powder is produced by grinding the roasted beans from the pods of a Mediterranean evergreen leguminous tree. For many people, including us, carob has taken the place of cocoa and chocolate. And, unlike cocoa and chocolate, carob has no caffeine and almost no fat. And since carob is sweet, it requires much less sweetener than chocolate and cocoa.

Eating chocolate healthily is a bit of an oxymoron.
Hershey's has more sugar and has uranium (it's true!) in it. Nestle is the better way to go.
Eat a bit every week or so, and satisfy your cravings with something sweet and healthy (like strawberries (or any other kind of berry for that matter)). After a while your obsession for chocolate will subside, and you will be able to get on with your life.

Eat just a little bit each day - cut back on the quantity of chocolate or try switching to sugar free chocolate which is healthier though it does not taste as wonderful!

With chocolate there really isnt a particularly right way to go. I would recommend either sugar free or eating super dark chocolate (that will subside your cravings more). Also, at any grocery store, you can get fat free sugar free hot chocolate, mix this with milk and it makes a fulfilling snack or dessert. Lastly, you cant go wrong with chocolate pudding (they also have fat free sugar free). All of these are still loaded with calories, so just make sure to eat in moderation!

I love chocolate too, sometimes i try to limit myself but i always end up eating at least 2 good chunks of dark chocolate everyday from a bar. I don't see anything wrong with eating alot fo choclate asides that its fattening but if you're worried about it try buying enough bars of chocolate with how many divisions of each you plan to eat everyday in mind next time you go grocery shopping.

Dark chocolate is best it contains less butter fat and has more anti-oxidants. Eating chocolate is actually good for you just don't over do it.
