We thought he was finally starting to get it!. But the last couple of days he'll be walking around the kitchen just peeing. We grab him tell him NO! NO! PEE PEE OUTSIDE! bring him out he finishes and we priaise...He goes thru the night just fine...from 10pm untill 6 or 7 am. (He's actually sleeping in our bed) But during the day if he gets excited or just marching around the kitchen playing we look and there he goes just squirting as he walks! He's not even squawting like he does outside.. He doesn't poop inside he always askes to go out for that. Any suggestions?

This is very common and it actually sounds like he's doing very well with his training. He's just not quite there yet.

While he is in the house with you keep him crated or tethered to you with a walking leash, that way you see everything he does or is about to do. Crate training is an excellent potty training method.
Get him outside and praise him right away like you have been doing, even if you are catching him halfway through. He is getting it, (a little), just keep up the good work and stay consistent. He is still very young and trying to figure it all out. Don't yell or get angry, just be patient like you have and happy when he does the right thing. Most dogs, if trained well and with positive reinforcement, never anger, will be trained at 6-9 months old. 12 months is not unheard of.
Also, most dogs regress a bit at 10-14 months, it's a teenager thing.
Good luck!

do you have a dog cage? if so, every time he does his business inside, put him inside the cage. as soon as he whines, take him out. if you do this regularly, then he will start to reason with himself, and say '' hey! i am not supposed to be doing this!" he will get it and from then on, he should start waiting by the door whenever he needs to go potpotpotty.

Some male puppies just do this and they outgrow it - but why not take him to the vet to see if there's a physical cause?

dont let him in the kitchen!
it sounds like you are doing a good job, but if he keeps it up, try and get like an obedience class..or something!
