Should I speak with my mouth, my fists, or both? If with my mouth what should i say to him to get the point across without beatting the living CRAP out of him?

It depends how old you are. If you are young, beat the **** out of him. If your older, it sucks... you can get sued. But you can always make him push you or take a swing and then beat his brains in. I am more into violence than compromise!

i guess the question is...why do they think they are dating her?? Find out what is really going on and the reason behind it. Ask your girfriend about this and see if she has any idea why this guy is saying hes with her. Than without losing your temper approach him with her and tell him that you dont know where he got the whole idea that you and my girlfriend are dating but its not true and that shes with you, and you just want to make things clear and thats why you are telling him up front.

hahaha he sounds like a retard i'd be pissed off too...but i'm a girl so it would be the other way around lol...what i think you should do is just talk to your girl and see if she can get rid of him and if still aint taking the hint than you should go wit her and do it again if that still don't work than go ahead and settle it the way guys do lol.You could ask your girlfriend what to say to him if he don't get the hint the firsttime this way she feels involved and not left out and you know your not over reacting and plus you'll have someone to back you up.

I would confront that guy and your gf as well b/c there might be a communication situation there. So just talk to them and then if he insulted u or her then do it other than that don't. My ex bf use to do that whenever a guy looked at me the wrong way my ex would take care of him.

dont beat the crapp out of him at first talk to you girlfriend talk to the guy and if he persists beat the crap out of him (unless you gf wants to dump you-then dump her first)

if she's willing then nothing you do will matter. however if he's harassing her then getting the authorities involved is a good idea. it looks better to have a history on someone so if you whoop their ***, more sympathy and leniency will come your way.

if he thinks he is going out with your gf maybe you are not doing enough to make it a point that you are her bf. unless, of course, you have more info to add to this. but don't fight. not worth it.
