Peace means nothing missing, nothing broken. When we focus on Him and His word rather than the mountains in life, He will strengthen you by His spirit.

Passage Isaiah 26:3-4:
3 You will keep in perfect peace
him whose mind is steadfast,
because he trusts in you.
4 Trust in the LORD forever,
for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal.
I feel like this passage is saying that if you trust in the Lord nothing can knock you down AMEN!

(Isaiah 26:3,4) The inclination that is well supported you will safeguard in continuous peace, because it is in you that one is made to trust. 4 Trust in Jehovah, you people, for all times, for in Jah Jehovah is the Rock of times indefinite.
This Scripture reminds the reader that human ideas, traditions, and institutions are as nothing compared to the will and purposes of the Almighty. Humans must work to please their Creator.
(Hebrews 10:31) It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God

It is an OK scripture. We should trust in the Lord forever, and in return he will bless us with everlasting strength.

I would think God is saying that if a person keeps him mind on him he will give him peace. Because if your mind is on God you won't have a lot time to entertain foolish things which seem to always have our lives in a uproar.

God loves us and is always there for us, and hard as it sometimes is to believe, good will overcome evil.
