I always feel that I am fat. People are always telling me I have the perfect body but I never think they are telling the truth and they are saying that just so I don’t feel bad. I weigh 118 lbs and I am 5 foot tall I wear a A34 cup and I am thinking about becoming anorexic the only problem is…. I love food and every time I try not to eat I give in what can I do to stop myself from eating?And ho wmuch weight do you think I should loose?

NONE!!!! A lot of people tell me that I have the perfect body and I weigh 85 pounds and am an A34 and people sometimes tell me I am fat to but you just have to be confident in yourself and just try to not let that bother you and you don't want to become Anorexic because there are a lot of health problems I was before when I was like 7 and was until I was like 9 you don't want to become that even if you think you are fat even though you aren't!

PLEASE dont become Annorexic. That is so scary. And people look nasty when they're like that. The answer is MODERATION. Obviously, eating nothing is just plain STUPID. But eating too much can cause you to gain weight. If you want to drop 5 lbs in a week just drink tons of water, and I mean like a gallon a day. Take 2 SEPERATE 20 minute walks a day, eat 1 meal of ONLY vegetables a day, eat NO Rice, pasta, or Potatoes, a little bit of bread is ok, but not too much. Also, make sure you dont drink ANY carbonated beverages. I lost my extra 35 lbs Jan-March this year, using those guidelines from my doctor and I feel better than ever. Good luck!

I think you could loose 8 or 10 pounds, but no more than that I personally don't like it when girls loose too much weight, They look like they're sick or in drugs, lindsay Lohan for example looked super-hot in the herbie movie, then she started loosing weight like crazy and she looks awful.
Always try to carry some type of fruit or healthy snack so that if you get hungry you can eat that right away and by the time you get your real meal you won't be able to stuff yourself with fattening food. Also it's better to eat 4-6 small meals in a day than two or three big meals.when you eat a big meal your body takes only what it needs and the rest becomes fat.
And don't stop eating, You'll get sick.

first figure out your bmi. most websites for fitness type magazines will have them like self.com, fitnessmagazine.com, and prevention.com. If it says you are in the normal weight range, then well, you're in your normal weight range and there's no need to diet. However, if you still feel fat, it's okay to lose a few pounds. If it says you are overweight, then cut back on your eating. An easy way to do this is, when you're about to reach for another handful of chips, get some water to drink. This will most likely suppress your appetite. If you'd rather chew on something, (if you dont' have braces) fill a cup with ice and slowly munch on the pieces. If you'd rather have something with flavor. Try eating a piece of fruit or vegetable, like an apple, clementine, carrots, or sugar snap peas.

Please you are not fat get over it people say that s h i t b/c there jealous i mean really now u might want to think about boob implants lol j/p but your not fat at all Im 5'2 and i weigh 178 now that is fat!!!1 but come on girl you do have a perfect body i would defintliy not become Anorexic you dont need to be any skinner alright sweetie

As long as you live, you cannot stop eating. Your body need the nutrients which you get from eating a balanced diet . You also have to include, fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, etc. and lots of water to live a long healthy life..

If you decide to leave out proper eating from your daily routine, you will eventually become sick .

Since your weight and height appears to be in order, try to be happy and

enjoy this body which God has given you.

please do not think that becoming anorexic will solve this problem. first of all, it could kill you in the end. secondly, that is not the source of your problem. you have a problem with self-image. from what you have described here, you do not sound overweight at all. if you are deadset on losing weight, pick a healthier alternative like eating foods that are good for you and picking a healthy exercise regimen (starting at your level). ask yourself why you don't believe people that tell you that you are not fat. good luck!

You sound fine to me, eat properly with the proper proportions and stay away from the junkfood. You will see your complexion look healthier and your body will reach the proper weight on its own. Most supermodels and celebrities seem to have the attitude that they need to have ribs showing. To tell you the truth if you want to look attractive you have to look healthy not anorexic.

I am much like you in this way, am 138lb and 5'6 most people will propbably tell you that you are fine, but I know what it is like wanting to be more thin, I am considering an eating disorder called inka or pinka, something like that but it is when you eat tissue to feel full, because I like the feeling of being full and I eat when I am bored.

you're in the healthy range so you dont need to lose weight. it was hard for me at first to not eat but one thing i do is always remind myself i can eat later... i used to eat fast and alot because i thought i'll run out later??? but if you remind yourself that you can eat it later on in the day that will help. also try drinking alot of water so that you feel too full to want to eat. put a picture of a fat person on your fridge , lol :)
