My friend told me she goes to home depot and asks guys "How do i use this? Im just a girl Tee hee hee"
I was approached in the supermarket last night by some girl who asked me "how do i tell if these tomatos are ripe"
so just go up to men and ask for their help, if they are confedent and intrested they will ask you out

The best place will be anywhere where you can understand him , his hobbies, his interest etc. If it is first time you may meet him in any public place like library, public park , movie theater, restaurant, etc. You can watch and judge his behavior , his attitude and priorities in his life so that you can take proper decision.
