Trespassing is a crime. It depends if you were arrested or if charges were filed on you. If you were 16 years of age when it happens, you record will be sealed.

It is being on some one elses land without their permission. In tampa at least you will be given a warning and it will be on your record so an officer can see that you have been warned. If caught on that land again than you wil be arrested. Not possitive but this is probably the case all over.

Being on private property without the owner's consent. Yes it's a crime. Whether or not it goes on your record depends on if you were arrested or not.
