The fact that I'm there.

My parents could testify against me and tell the court that I was raised in a christian household and have several christian family members.

Baptismal records.

But the truth is I'm no longer a christian and yet there's even less evidence besides my own personal testimony and hearsay to proove that I'm not.

Outside of Saudi Arabia or Iran, why would anyone accuse me of being a Christian?

I hope that there would be enough evidence to convict me in the opening statement of the DA

I suppose my Jack Chick tract collection and the few books I have by Chick Publications could be used to accuse me of being a Christian...but I'd call some witnesses, present all my non-Christian stuff and hopefully the charges would be dropped. :p

If I was convicted for being Christian they'd know because I'd stand up for it.

I guess the person who accused me plus my lifestyle would be evidence enough. Most importantly, I want my Lord to be satisfied with my work on His behalf. I want to hear Him say, "Well done thou good and faithful servant"!

There would be about 30 people that would testify I have led them to the L-rd, a nearly worn out Bible and a new heart.

My Christ following walk...

Our Christian walk will speak volumes over anything we could say.

Follow the trail of my time and money...but like someone else said...I hope everything would be revealed in the opening statement.

I am guilty as charged. :o)

Guilt via admission? If a Christian proclaims that they are christian then they could be conviced. After all, they are not supposed to deny Christ, are they? To do so would mean that they are truly NOT Christian.
