The fact that your hair stops at the floor (which sounds a bit odd) probably has nothing to do with it.
Are you approachable? Do you typically get a 2nd date or do you scare guys off after the first? Take a look at yourself and you just may figure it out.

ummm...maybe your hair covering you all up lol, guys like long hair but not like that...they tend to think it kinda weird (no offense) but maybe you should try getting a haircut do something dramatic and everyone will notice it like cut your hair to your shoulders or something, put on a bit of makeup make it look natural and don't worry bout what people think about you just be yourself. A lot of time change can be for the better and i definetly think this is one those times.

Guys are afraid of being with you because you stand out in a crowd, which would expose them too. Most guys don't like standing out. Get rid of some of that hair and guys will be all over you.

Get a hair cut not to sound mean but that is gross to have hair to the floor the floor is so dirty!
