In the first place, your cousin should not have been your probation officer. However, if that was alloeed, and you hava violated the terms and conditions or your probation, then, I doubt you will get a dimissal. In the first case, you shouldl expect a better deal from your cousin, In the second place, if you didn't, you're screwed1
