If God was God I would be very much afraid to stand up to him, if he was evil or not. But as he is just a bunch of common clods he doesn't bother me at all. xx

If God was evil, would we still be afraid to stand up to him? -- Why do people still think as GOD in good/bad terms - when it's obvious that GOD is both, and neither.
GOD is GOD, and we have Jesus to thank for what understanding we have, as he explained how to pray and live - so we have a chance at getting into heaven.
I am awed to think of being in the presence of GOD, yes.
