What order are family announced in?

I'm getting married in five days (eek!), and I'm a little lost. For the reception, these are the people that need to be announced:
my parents
his mother
my grandmother
the bridesmaids and groomsmen
the ringbearers
flower girl

What order are they announced in? I know that my fiance--well, then he'll be my husband--are dead last, but what order does everyone else go in?

When I got married, this was the order in my wedding - not saying it's correct - just what our DJ did.

My grandparents first
My parents
His parents
The flower girl and ringbearers togther
The bridesmaid and groomsmen
Then US!!

I've been to a few weddings and it seems to me that it's always in this order:

Mother and father of the bride
Mother of the groom
(Grandma's not usually announced, but you should go for it- just lump her in with Mom and Dad)
Maid of Honor and Best Man
Bridesmaids and Groomsmen (in whatever order they walked down the aisle at the ceremony)
Ringbearers and flower girl altogether
Then you guys

That's how I've always seen it. ust remember-it's YOUR wedding- do it however you want, and if you don't know what order they're supposed to go in, chances are nobody else will either. Good luck!

If you parents are paying for the wedding then you would usually have them first
than
his mother
your grandmother
the ring bearers and maybe they could be holding the flower girls hand
then your bridesmaids and groomsmen
you and your husband

The ring bearers and flower girl can be cut out...they were in the program at the ceremony and are too young to understnad anything. No need to take up time...then the order should go:

Your grandmother, escorted by...
His mother, escorted by...
Your mother, escorted by your father
Each of the pairs...bridesmaid escorted by groomsman
Maid (Matron) of Honor escorted by Best Man
You and your husband...
