Im not sure there theres actually a five course mexican restaurant anywhere...but if you want the names of some nice ones there is Arriba, Ajo Als, Carlos Obriens, Old Town Tortilla Factory isnt bad, Los olivos, valle luna (isnt exactly marble floored and chandeleirs but its decent food). There's a ton of them.

The Old Town Tortilla factory in Scottsdale's really nice. Very fancy. You can find alot of good restaurants and buy discounted gift certificates at www.azeats.com

A great night time place in Carefree /Cave Creek.
Just was there last night for my 25th Anniversary.
We also had fun when the Ducks would Swim up and watch us at our table. Check this link heres a few Pics and their Menu.

Where I live, we have Mexican Radio. Kind of expensive, but if you like real mexican food it is a very good place to eat..

I dont know if Los Dos Amigos is upper class but if your i Salem i think its on Lancaster and its dang good there...but i am a white girl. LOL

on the border is a really good place to go... there are a few... umm.. there is one on (Ray rd. and I-10) and there is another on (power and the us 60) im sure their is more.. but those r tha ones i know of...
oh and whatever you do dont go to arribas.. they are not good at all
