i was violated for not finishing my probation classes on time, i finished the classes, just not within the dead line. i have the completion certificates & everything. i wasn't arrested or anything like that... and i haven't gotten in any legal trouble since i had been on probation. so i'm wondering if i will be held without bond? or will i be able to bond out? i've heard so many things from so many people & i'm making myself crazy over this. if anyone could help me out & offer some some insight i would greatly appreciate it.

VOP warrants for probation, once your arrested, you must speak to your PO before they let you out of jail. That way, if your PO wants to talk to you, they know they get to.
If you did everything else right and you know there is a warrant for your arrest, go turn yourself in. It looks better for you.
Good luck

It depends on the type of offense your on probation for. If you were to hire an attorney you probably be able to cruise through it without a scratch.

VOP's are normally held NB/NR, but this seems insignificant of you have been doing everything else right. write a letter as to why you didnt finish on time, speak to your PO, they more than likely wont hold this against you if this is your only violation. good luck and be honest.

Contact your probation officer tomorrow, and find out what happened to others in your situation.
Everything will work out.

Don't you have a Probation Officer ? He/She should be able to assist you. A judge would probably let you off if your PO goes to bat for you.
