The above answerer is correct. Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach, CA (in Orange County) during the summer (July and August). It's a big deal and sells out quickly!

It's Laguna Beach, Pagent of the Masters. I know because I live 10 minutes away. It's quite an event down here.
