I wanted to do something for the yout that don't go to church in our church neiborhood and the thing I thought about was a youth block party because i always do a youth conference or youth explosion .

There is probably party places you can call..I had one for a reunion and it was costly..about 800.00 dollars..I had a pig also to roast..

well, a block party is generally for a geographic block, and generally speaking, most churches have members that come from a larger area than that block.
just see if the church will allow some type of youth outreach

Bribery will get you nowhere, it might work for a few years but afterwards the supposed christian will deconvert and they will want your head on a stick when they realize what you did to them.
