What if you dont know the guy at all, and you barely see him around school? Does the guy at least think you're attractive? or hideous? And I mean staring at the face, not body (well I think/hope.)
By the way, what usually happens is I notice someone looking at me, then I look at that person. He does not avert his gaze.
We made eye contact about 5 seconds long twice before, and we never talked.
The other day, we were in a highly crowded hallway with 38720934723 people and he just kept on staring at me, and then I just looked at him back. I guess he finds me familiar looking.
He's 2 years older, so I don't know if I have a chance with him.

Why don't you walk up to him and ask him? This approach is loaded with possibilities and in the worst possible case a simple no would end it. In the best case, he may have good feelings for you.

well i wouldn't think he'd stare at you that much if he thought you were ugly:) He's probably curious about who you are and what your about!
so since you've gotten his attention, make your move and go in for the kill! :) sounds like you've got a chance to me:)

I think he finds you attractive or there some thing familiar about you to him. might be you remind him of someone
