Either of these sites will sell you everything you need to buy to start "making your own". Thegrape.net seems like it has the overall best selection of products at the lowest prices when you consider shipping and handling. Thats where I buy my stuff from. They also sell stuff to make your own vinegar, and cheeses. Good luck with your home brew.
You can also find distilling equipment on thegrape.net

Making wine and beer at home is easy. Kits are cheap and simple to use, and many places do most of the work for you for a small labour fee or you can buy the equipment yourself cheaply. In order to make your own wine or beer from a kit you basically need one six gallon plastic jug, one six gallon glass carboy, one airlock, a few feet of plastic hose, and a corker. Other than that you need sterilizer and corks, but they're really cheap to buy. Go to a brew on premises show in your neighbourhood, or check out online sources where you might be able to buy the kits.
If you are in Canada Vineco is an excellent company to check out, otherwise you'd have to check out what kind of retailers are in your area. Good luck!

Google search home brewing supply shops in your local area. If you don't have any, here are some great places to get your supplies:

Unless you're in New Zealand, Italy, Greece, or a few other European countries, distilling your own liquor at home is illegal.
If you happen to be in any of those countries, then here's where you can find out how:
