Some people told me that Mozilla Fire fox is much safer and blocks pop-ups better. I mean I just want to know what to use.

Mozilla Fire Fox. Since I switched from explorer, my computer hasn't had half as many problems and it's good with blocking pop ups

Use IE if you like it, BUT ONLY for sites you trust in advance. Set Mozilla as your default browser. Download it and use it as much as possible, but sometimes, on rare occasions, you might need IE. When you install Mozilla you will be asked if you want it to be your default browser. Say yes. That way when you click on a link in email or other places, there is less of a chance that a malicious Web site will hijack your system. ALSO, use a Web based email system like Mail.Yahoo.com or Gmail.com. Also stay well informed with the YAHOO Computer Geek Team.

I definitely like Fire fox better and I've had no problems using it. I heard from a lot of people that IE7 is no good so I haven't upgraded. I'll stick with Fire fox for now.

None of them has a clear advantage over the other. I personally like FireFox better because it's a little faster and you can also have add-ons like themes and extensions. IE seems to be less secure because most hackers tend to target it. For myself i use both browsers-- IE when i need to download windows update and Firefox for everything else.

mozilla firefox is alot safer an alot faster at loading anyday! i just got it on my computer an love it!

theres no question, firefox. it's safer and better. u should keep internet explorer though because some sites require it.
