I would plait them and tie a ribbon on them to make them look pretty. Who cares about hairy toes. When you get even older than 34 you will notice that hair grows out of your ears, your nose, down your back, everywhere, but your head. If you're that worried about them, shave them off, keep them, then you can transplant them on the top of your head when you need to.

As long as the hair is on the topside of your toes, I would just go for a soft perm

just wax them, don't shave them cuz they'll grow thick n hard, but if u wax them, u'll only feel as if a baby bit u n it took all ur hair with it haha , u can get body waxing kits from any store like CVS, n it doesn't take any expert to wax, just press n pull off...with a lil pinch

Don't shave them imo. They will probably become course and grow back more stubborn + in more quantity.
Who's examining your toes btw - for you to be so self-consious about them. :p
Find another solution instead of shaving them imo.
