Cutting is stupid. Do some kind of excercise. Get a punching bag. Run. If you're cutting you should see a psychologist though.

I'm speaking for my self, I tend to walk away from the person
I'm pissed off at and give us at least a few hours away from one another. This gives us time to cool down and think about what we had been arguing about. If someone else is a around then I
would talk to them about it, just what you are doing right now, it
just lets us breath a little easier. We tend to calm our selves
dow, when we hear from another point of view. Only if it is on the
real. Listen to some music as well it'll calm you down.

Well cutting is not a healthy method! Scream as loud as you can in a pillow...scream and cry with all of your being into the pillow then write down Everything...curse words the whole bit....then wad up the paper and burn it (safely) or bury it in the ground. What also may help is painting you emotions on canvas...I do it and it Awesome therapy...I tryuly hope this helps.

Cutting won't do any good. Beat up pillow instead. Run around the block until you're exhausted. Meditate or pray. But don't be cutting yourself.

One time of cutting may bring you death.
Being angry about anything or anyone is not worth the scars
your body has from the cutting.
If you get angry , think about why you are angry
Ask yourself if the situation is bad enough to stay angry.
take your mind off the problem.
walk , read, write. anything to occupy your anger.

You already have done one thing that might help. You obviously haven't cut yourself to death. You are here asking this question. One way is exactly this ~ talking about it. Half the time, you are angry because you have very unrealistic expectations about yourself. Just asking yourself am I being realistic? or am I being too hard on myself? might help.

Having fun is the best cure. For me, its playing football with my friends, but everyone has fun differnt ways. Maybe some funny video clips would cheer you up.

Have a nice day :-)

First of all you get angry because of something that happened, and then, you get even more angry, because you became angry in the first place. You wouldn't be angry if you didn't have a brain, and it's your brain that's always complicating things. So just forget about anger, and tell you brain to make you happy. And it'll listen to you. I mean it's YOUR brain.

Believe it or not, breathing techniques do help. I teach my son to breath in with love and out with an anger.

Exercise also helps, once again because you begin to breath heavier bringing more oxygen in.
