So me and my boyfriend r both shy right well....i have no idea how 2 talk 2 him.i want 2 know if i should make the first move or let him(i would really like him 2 make the frist move).My friend gives him notes and stuff like that 4 me.She keeps saying "go over there and talk 2 him or say hi do some thing!"i all ways say i would but it never happens PLZ, HELP I REALY DON'T WANT THIS 2 KEEP HAPPING.i know just get over it right well......

OMIGOSH! u sound EXACTLY like me & my bf! i had a crush on my bf for the longest time, & he didnt kno it, but then his cuzzin came up 2 me & was like, i kno who likes u. so i had 2 guess & finally she just told me it was him. i was shocked & told her i liked him, & so when she went home that night she called him. he asked her 2 ask me out. basically she helped our relationship along when it was new. (we've been together a good 8 months now!) well, i didnt make the first move. we never said a WORD (not exaggerating!) 2 each other for a good 2 wks. finally he said hi 1 time, so then i did, & then we said bye. it takes time 2 work up the courage 2 talk 2 him on ur own. usually i'd make sure a friend was with me whenever i was gonna b around him, becuz im more comfortable around my friends & i can b more of myself. so, my advice 4 u is: grab ur friend & have the 2 two of u go over & say hi 2 him. have a topic picked out be4 hand (or 2--or 3! ;p) so that u dont just stand there feeling dumb (I KNOW THE FEELING--IT STINKS!). then u say bye & continue on in this manner. eventually it will get easier. he'll probly b glad u made the first move (tho u'll scrutinize everything u did that day--but if u succeed, u will feel SO GOOD & SO IN LOVE! trust me ;p). then let him make the next move (like a phone call--it took us a month 2 do that--by the way, it's probly a good idea 2 have convo topics written down on a piece of paper--thats what i did). if he doesnt, then, well, good luck! i kno EXACTLY what ur going through, & i kno, its a lot harder than ppl who r naturally loud make it out 2 be. its like, u still have a crush on him, & u KNO he likes u...but u dont kno...u kno? lol wish u the BEST OF LUCK!!! let me kno how it worx out, k? my email's kittkatbar0676@yahoo.com. ;) good luck!

no way. a lot of ppl are shy. me being one of them. but i think u should get ur friend to "hint" or more like tell him u want him to make the first move. like get her to b like " hey dude u kno i think u and my friend would have a better rtelationship if u make the first move. All guys should make the first move." he mite get the hint. GOOD LUCK!

well obviously since ya'll go out then he must like you for u, so just be yourself. when you see him say hey!. you could be scared out of your mind but say sumthin, even by just saying umm?! or giggling with him could make "him" feel more comfortable, and be an effortless conversation starter.

well, he is your bf, so talking shouldn't be too hard, talk about getting together this weekend, so something. but i'm with you on the other part. hint to him what you want, he might get the idea......or in my case, you can get upper classmen to try and "force" something. (actually it is pretty funny) but no need to rush things.....
