Gen.2:23;
It is said, that Eve was bone of Adam's bones, and flesh of Adam's flesh and their offsprings will be the same.
There can be no genetic defect so near perfection. What we call incest did not apply here, that came 2500 years after them as age decreased.
The 70 family members of Jacob enter Egypt and 215 years after they were at half a million, Moses father had married his his aunt, the sister of his father.
So what might the population have been when Adam was age 130 years old, from two couples having offsprings?
He lived another 800 years and had sons and daughters. Gen.5:3,4,5;

Wow, I don't know.
If, assuming each couple began having children at age eighteen, and they were having children every two years...let me see...that's roughly 56 children per couple.

They would have had a lot, and that's how the earth came to be full of people. Unfortunately, they became bad, and so the world became full of violent people. God killed them in the flood, and only 8 survived. That's where everyone comes from whose alive now.
Genesis 6:11
And the earth came to be ruined in the sight of the [true] God and the earth became filled with violence.

Every 11 months or so...
Assuming menopause occurs at about 60-70% of female life expectancy, Eve would be fertile for a while!

One rather odd theory I've heard is that people are living shorter and shorter lives because God kicked Adam out of the Garden of Eden.
I'd say it has more to do with these stories being mythology.

MANKIND ADAM
……………………….
Most have read when Cain talked with Abel and in the field killed him.
Gen.4:8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.
God then cursed and drove Cain out, and Cain said.
Gen.4:14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.
WHO IS CAIN WORRIED ABOUT?
Gen.4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.
WHERE DID CAIN FIND A WIFE?
The answer is in the Hebrew text of (Gen.1:26 and Gen.2:7).
……………………….
MANKIND
Gen.1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
The word “man” (Gen.1:26) in the Hebrew text looks like this ( אדם ), with no article means “MANKIND”, transliterated is (adam).
……………………….
ADAM
Gen.2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
The word “man” (Gen.2:7) in the Hebrew text looks like this ( את־האדם ), with article and particle means “THIS SAME MAN ADAM”, transliterated is (eth-Ha adham).
……………………….
On the sixth day God created or made MANKIND.
……………………….
On the eighth day God formed THIS SAME MAN ADAM.
