I have really liked a guy on my crew team. I am the coxin and he is a rower and normally i am supposed to stay away from the Rowers dating wise to not cause drama. Saturday night we went back to my room after a party, kissed, talked, and feel asleep together. It was really nice. I have like him a while and we normally don't flirt cause we arn't supposed to hook up with teammates. I am not looking for a relationship really but I love his company. I havn't talked to him since, but the more i think about it I want him to still be with me but i don't want him to just come over to hook up. Anyone see what I am trying to get at.
What kind of things should i do or ask him, or not do and not ask him about where this is going?

Why not see if he wants to go out for a coffee or a drink with you. If he tries to ply you with alcohol then you know that he probably wants to take advantage of you. If you feel you need confirmation of how he feels, ask him out on a date and then ask him to plan it - you will soon see if he is caring and sensitive or not that way.

Well, here is your choice. Him or the Rowing team.
If you chose him, you need to leave the team. If you choose the team, you need to leave him alone.
The last option would be to hook up with him after the team is done. Talk to him about his and see what he says.

If you think he's after a random hook-up, stop hooking up. If he dumps you, hooking up was all he wanted. But a guy won't think very highly of you if you sleep with him like that. It makes you look loose and skanky.

i think you should just be open and honest with him--and dont play mind games----sounds to me you like him a lot--and i bet he likes you just as much--got to be open with people and not be afraid to say what is on your mind
