No but all you need is the adapter, pick one up at radio shack for a couple bucks. PC TV tuners will tune either cable or regular over the air broadcasts from an antenna.

You can always hook a regular TV antenna to one and grab signals off-the-air. There's at least one TV tuner that I've seen that plugs into a USP port. You do have to hook an antenna to it. No TV will pick up much of a signal without an antenna.

yes it is called DVB TV and you can get it at best buy circuit city radio shack or just about any other electronics place you can think of..
works just like a usb stick with a little magnetic antenna... remote control and you can take it any where where you have a good look at the sky....
