Fruit and yoghurt, porridge.

Fish, salad or veg, potatoes/ chicken salad/ jacket potato+salad, beans/soup/lentil stew.

Veg, quorn chicken or beef stir fry with noodles/bean hotpot/lentil bake/steak and rice/chilli&wm rice/cous cous, roasted veg and fish..

Snack on fruit, nuts, dried fruit.

Eat all whole foods ie nothing processed, wholemeal rice bread and pasta, lean meat, fish or pulses, nuts and beans, lots of fruit and veg, if you want sweets have chocolate(on its own, no caramel, wafer etc). Drink lots of water and eat chilli and spicy food as it speeds your metabolism.

Best wishes.
